Claude Monet's famous Impressionist painting, "Le Pont d'Argenteuill". Unfortunately, the well-known work of art was damaged during the night of October 7, 2007, when a small group of drunks broke in to the Orsay Museum in Paris and punched a four-inch gash into the canvas. You can read more about the vandalism here and more about the artist here.
