This is part of a map produced by or for NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) describing the geographical range of a project labeled the "Benthic Component of the St. John’s River, Florida MERHAB Monitoring Program." The St. Johns is a river in northeast Florida in the drainage system of the Okefenokee Swamp. MERHAB stands for "Monitoring and Event Response for Harmful Algal Blooms", in case you were interested.
