Besides teaching English, I had ten years experience teaching Latin before coming to OMA in 2004. I enjoy traveling to historical sites.

Assist with Junior Master gardeners and International Club.

Individual educational philosophy, goals, etc.:
I enjoy helping students see the connections between Latin and modern languages, as well as art, mythology, science and history. I believe everybody can and should be a lifelong learner.

Family:
Married to Rod Sullivan. Our daughter and her husband are Carroll County teachers. Our son is a business major at UWG.

Hobbies and interests:
Travel, music, reading and scrapbooking.
