EPIPHYTES
Epiphytes
are plants that grow on other plants. They use other plants for support but
aren’t parisites , although at first
sight they may seem Parasitic. Orchids
are epiphytes in tropical rainforests. In the rainforest there is sufficient water, or humidity in the air for Epiphytes such
as lichens, ball moss and vines .
