As educators, we need to always remember the reason we do what we do: the goal of instilling a lifelong love of learning in our students. We should always be open to new ideas and be striving to improve in our abilities to teach and reach students. We must believe in our students and in the importance of helping them to develop into responsible young adults who fulfill a meaningful role both now and in the future. We must be there for the students whose lives we touch both inside and outside the classroom. Most of all we must help students believe in themselves, set their goals high, and accomplish their dreams.
