Individual educational philosophy, goals, etc.:
All children can learn and be successful when placed in an environment that meets their needs. My goal is to help all of our students to be able to achieve that success and to support their parents and faculty as they strive to help the students to grow. Growth encompasses academics, emotions, and spiritual and social issues. If I am not able/willing to grow in these areas myself, I have no right to ask anyone else to grow. Therefore, I must be the best that I can be, I must continue my own academic and spiritual education, and I must be able to learn from experiences with others I meet along the way.
