Dear Parents,

        We have started this year off with lots of fun as well as lots of learning.  Our first unit in science is about living things, so I chose to bring in a fun section on birds.  Thanks for all of the good things many of you have sent in. 

        Our daily schedule includes spelling, reading, phonics, language, math, science and or social studies.  In addition to the academics we have this enrichment schedule.

        Wednesday       Spanish     @ 8:30

                                P.E.           @ 9:30

 

        Thursday          Computer  @10:30

                                Bible         @12:30

 

        Friday               P.E.           @ 9:30

                                Music        @12:30

 

Each day we have time to go outdoors in order to spend time playing and interacting with other students.  We will have homework every night except Wednesday.  Many people go to church this night, and I think we all need to have time to devote to our church and/or our families.

        The students are great and work really hard.  Let me know if I can do anything for you all.
